EnviroSustain is a Hunter Region Building Ecology business that minmises energy, water and waste in buildings. This assists households and businesses to lower their operating costs by decreasing resource consumption, waste and pollution, whilst improving environmental indicators. EnviroSustain has performed Home Energy Energy and Water Ratings for the NSW government as well as Office Audits in the private sector. Its principal is Mr John Shiel BE (Civ.) MEngSc, MAppSc (Info Sc), who is a member of: • the International Initiative for the Sustainable Built Environment (iiSBE), • Alternative Technology Association (ATA) • Australian Computer Society (ACS) John is currently undertaking part-time research at the University of Newcastle in the School of Engineering into buildings and sustainability. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
